Brer Carter

 

While cats, dogs, birds and alligators (Gator, Gator, Gator and Crock) were regular Jeff characters (think of the comic strip, Shoe) a bunny was somewhat unusual.

 

  Jeff, of course, kept up on all things political in his role as an editorial page cartoonist.

 

One day Carter told staffers that a menacing bunny had swum near his rowboat. The media soon dubbed it the “Killer Bunny.”  Lessee, was it a rabid rabbit or was Carter really under attack from a rabid media?

 

 

We  have this Limited Edition of 250 Giclee available on archival paper in the following sizes.
